The following Symptoms are Specifically Excluded from the TeleNeurology Services: Difficulty Breathing, Fever in Children under the Age of 3 Months, any Abdominal Pain (Tummy Pain) Severe Enough Unable to Comfortably Talk & Walk.

Furthermore, in addition to the limitations outlined above, TeleNeurology reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the provision of neurology services to any user at any time, including in cases of actual or potential misuse of services—such as non-payment of service fees, verbal harassment, or any form of misconduct.
